The Blue Devil Program would like to congratulate a couple of very special alumni. Michael VonBargen is finishing his senior season with the Naval Academy. He started the majority of the games this year as left tackle. After graduation, he will begin his assignment as an officer on a nuclear submarine. Also, we would like to congratulate Tony Pike and his success with the UC Bearcats. He has started at QB for most of the season and led the Bearcats to a Big East championship and an invitation to the Orange Bowl. He will also earn his degree in education (history) this spring. Congratulations gentlemen. You make us proud and represent RHS very well.

The Reading 7th grade football team won the CHL title. We are proud of the team's toughness (only 14 kids) and accomplishment. They are the only 2008 CHL champion and we are proud of them. Congratulations boys.

The Blue Devil Football program would like to congratulate our Reading Youth Program for sending all six of its teams to their respective Super Bowls. We had 4 Blue Devil Champions. The future certainly looks bright for the Blue Devils.
